Emily Sun Li

​Emily Sun Li (she/her) is a Chinese American writer currently pursuing a dual MA/MFA in children’s literature at Simmons University in Boston, MA. Previously, she received her M.S.Ed from the University of Pennsylvania and taught English around the globe. Her favorite place in the world is Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where she lived for two years as a Fulbright scholar. Her poetry is published by Button Poetry, Molecule, and Rigorous, and her writing has been recognized by the YoungArts Foundation, Voyage YA Journal, and the City of Boston. When she’s not reading or writing, she is probably procrasti-cleaning, drinking milk tea, or traveling with family and friends.
